can an past history of std have an impact on sperm count?

Not really sure about the sperm count. but there are stds that affect fertility especially those that caused infection or took a long time to heal as these will affect sperm quality.

Chlamydia is dangerous to sperm production. It is also quite hard to determine if you have this STD because the symptoms are so mild!

The bad thing about chlamydia is that its symptoms are so mild they are usually disregarded and then you just keep on having sex and pass it on. This is why guys should always wear condoms if they have more than one sex partner.

I agree on the chlamydia part. I had chlamydia in college and I never experienced any symptom. When I got a check up, it was only then that I learned of the STD.

std can impact a lot of things so i wont be surprised if it did impact fertility. like they said, a one night stand lasts a night, std a lifetime!
